A day with Ayurma

Ayurma focused to give you the maximum benefits to all esteemed gusts. We recommend all our clients to prepare yourself before and after the treatment. To make the treatment more effective body massage with two therapist, all the main treatments with four therapist, Herbal Steam bath, Herbal Shower and Face pack. These all Ayurvedic treatments and therapies last for about 3 hours everyday. You have to receive the treatment with relaxed state of body and mind. So the body could totally receive the treatment. Once you received the treatment you have to get maximum benefits by keeping your self in positive feelings. Ayurma special feet massage will be given around 8 pm in the evening with special foot care bath. This massage comes with especial music to relax you. This enhances the sleep and so the natural energies could rise while you are asleep. So people with insomnia and other restlessness in the night could solve by this special procedure.

•    Ayurvedic Treatments, Yoga, and Meditation begin at 7 am.
•    Doctors will be available throughout the day and during the treatment time.
•    In addition to the Ayurvedic therapies we provide you many other healing therapies like Reiki, Pranic Healing, Magnetic therapies, Shiatsu, Acupressure, and Acupuncture etc.
•    Once a week a special rice facial for the face, Manicure, Pedicure and a special hair care treatment.
•    We will also arrange you to learn Ayurvedic nutrition and Ayurvedic cooking as per the body type.
